Thank you for choosing Gulmohar for your Akashic Records session.
Please read this policy carefully before booking, as it outlines the terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and donations.

Nature of the Service

All services offered through Auriga are personalized, time-based spiritual sessions delivered live (via Zoom or phone).
Once a session is conducted, the service is considered fully rendered and completed.

Due to the experiential, energetic, and time-bound nature of Akashic Records readings, refunds are governed by the conditions below.

No Refund After Session Attendance

  • No refunds will be initiated once a session has been attended, in full or in part.

  • Attendance includes joining the session at the scheduled time, regardless of duration or outcome perceived by the client.

  • Once the session begins, the booking is considered fulfilled.

This policy exists to respect the time, preparation, and energetic commitment required for each session.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session start time will not be accepted.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

All rescheduling must be completed using the Calendly link provided in your confirmation email.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where a session cannot be delivered due to unforeseen technical or practitioner-related issues, the client will be offered:

  • A rescheduled session, or

  • An alternative solution at the discretion of Auriga

No monetary refunds will be issued in such cases.

Donation of Earned Income

Auriga is committed to conscious contribution and ethical practice.

  • All income earned from completed Akashic Records sessions is allocated toward donation and charitable causes, supporting initiatives aligned with healing, well-being, education, and collective upliftment.

  • By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree that the service fee contributes to this donation-based model.

As the funds are committed to donation following the completion of a session, refunds are not feasible once the service has been rendered.

By booking a session through our website or Calendly booking system, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Return, Refund & Donation Policy

  • You agree to the terms outlined above

  • You acknowledge that Akashic Records sessions are for spiritual guidance and personal growth, not guaranteed outcomes
